If you’ve planned your entire wedding but know you don’t want to spend the day answering vendor calls or wrangling a timeline, Coordination is your safety net. This one’s for the couples who’ve done the prep work and just need someone to step in, tie it all together, and run the show so you don’t have to. Maybe you’re a planner at heart—or had help getting here—but now it’s time to pass the baton. If you want to be fully present while someone else handles the setup, logistics, and those last-minute “who’s got the rings?” moments, you’re right where you need to be.
I’ve got this—just hand me the timeline.
Full Planning starts immediately. Partial begins at the 6-month mark. Coordination begins 60 days out. All packages include communication access before the official start.
Full Planning: 12–18 months out. Partial Planning: 6–9 months (sometimes as early as 4). Coordination: at least 30 days. Elopements vary. Corporate events vary—let’s chat.
She is also energetic and the best hype woman ever.
I would hire her ten times over!
